Lisa Cavallaro, M.A. is a trained Marriage & Family Therapist, Master Certified Life Coach, author and speaker. She holds additional certifications in weight loss coaching and self-coaching and is a Level II Reiki Practitioner. Lisa trained personally with Dr. Martha Beck, best-selling author and Oprah Magazine monthly columnist, and completed a one-year appointment as Martha’s Newsletter Editor from 2010-2011. She is the author is Wake Up and Get Some Sleep, an e-book she wrote after a personal three-year struggle with insomnia. Lisa holds a B.S. in Accounting from LeMoyne College and an M.A. from Syracuse University in Marriage & Family Therapy.
Prior to becoming a life coach, Lisa spent twenty years in the field of business and business ownership. Her daily passions include combinations of family, friends, exercise, yoga and meditation. In addition to being married for 27 years to her high school sweetheart and giving birth to three amazing children, one of her proudest accomplishments is competing in her first triathlon right on her 50th birthday.
